What is measured

How the AI answer engines describe the luxury industry.

Edition one covers the independent Swiss watch field. The Report extends to jewellery, perfumery and other categories on a fixed calendar, each edition announced before sampling begins.

The record

Seven questions to the category and two to each of the forty-six houses give ninety-nine prompts in every market, on every engine, every day. Three engines in the census and three more in a separate panel from 18 August, three markets, sixteen consecutive days. 14,256 answers in the census, 15,330 recorded and archived in total. English throughout. Every answer is read against all forty-six houses.

The verdicts

Every answer receives one of five verdicts. The five verdicts were named on 20 August 2026, before any figure was computed, and the rule set that applies them was fixed on 24 August, versioned and dated.

The population

Every Swiss watch house exhibiting at Geneva Watch Days 2026 that meets the published eligibility rule. The method is published in full, so the Report can be rerun.

The publisher

USKALE SA publishes the Luxury AI Report.

The Luxury AI Report is published by USKALE SA and measures how AI answer engines describe the luxury industry. Edition one, published 31 August 2026, records 14,256 answers across 46 Swiss watch houses, nine buyer questions, three engines and three markets.

The practice works with founders of premium and luxury houses on how the answer engines describe them.

No house can pay for inclusion, for placement, or for removal.

Any house that is both measured and a client of the practice is named in the edition, and no engagement changes how a house is measured.
